Just wanted to take a moment to say happy graduation to all those seniors out there! I attended Hutto's graduation this morning- what an impressive class! I'm sure all of you will accomplish and exceed all of your expectations. Congratulations, Hutto, Austin, Taylor, Georgetown, Round Rock, Devine, Bartlett, Granger and Pflugerville seniors! Take the world by storm!!!

For anyone that has tried to visit the studio site in the past few days... I'm sure you noticed it was a mess! Thanks to very uncool people that felt the need to hack in and mooch, our studio site was not the hip place it usually is. Have no fear, Silver Shadow fans- the site is back to its groovy self thanks to quick work from one of our web companies, Into The Darkroom.
Taylor seems to have all a photographer could want as far as location is concerned. It has brightly painted walls and doorways, castle-like stone, city streets and even trains. What a cool place to shoot!
If you haven't been to Bartlett, you really need to! With its wide city streets, peeling murals and buildings with character, this old west town is one of our favorite places to shoot.
It's no secret: we love shooting on location! What may be a secret is how amazing some of these locations really are. Little corners, beautiful details and over-sized windows are a few of Hutto's most photogenic attributes. Corey and Karli's double senior session was so much fun- even though it was boiling hot outside! We went on a little tour of Round Rock and ended up with some great images, all in locations I hadn't photographed in before. Aren't they just the cutest couple?
This is Lladira, our Lehman High School spokes model from Kyle, TX. She joined us last weekend for a big studio shoot, trying out our newest studio scenario called "vogue." (It's the second one). I can't wait to start on the location shoot! Thanks Lladira- you and your family are so much fun!
Meet Jolie, our 2010 Round Rock high School spokes model. She is so much fun and has an amazing, quirky sense of style. I'm having such a blast working with her and can't wait for our studio shoot: the vintage hats are coming out! We just had a fun 4 hour studio shoot yesterday with Holli and one of our newest 2010 models, Lladira, yesterday. We'll have images for you to see of our 2010 models soon but for now, I'll give you a little peek into some personal work that Holli was kind enough to help me with. I'm working on a series inspired by 60's fashion photography and am so having fun! If you think you'd like to be included in the series, let me know- I love seeing new faces. And special thanks to Alena from Uber Makeup for her time and talent yesterday- you did an amazing job! It was time to take Taylor by storm for Kaylynn's session. And boy, does she know how to strike a pose! I absolutely loved her fedora. I sure wish more people had hat moxy! We even lucked out and got to include a passing train in one of her shots. 
All good things must come to an end... this was our last shoot with our Taylor spokes model, Danielle. We had a great time all year with Danielle (a year already?) and continued the fun while we photographed her new look. We headed to Georgetown for Jennifer's session. After dodging a few raindrops and avoiding a crazy spring thunderstorm, we finished shooting a few days later. Her sister and she enjoyed frappuccinos in front of Cianfrani's just before it got dark and the storm hit. Thanks, girls for an exciting shoot!
